sleep safe bed!

Jaxson needs  a bed that he can sleep safe and comfortably in...Our insurance does not pay for a sleep safe bed so i am saving as much as i can!I have also set up a page..I do not like asking for help..Its not my thing but i really need your help with this bed!I am adding a link if you would like to donate!

look at these legs!

I cant believe how good he looks..he can move them like he used too!I am going to have one active boy soon once his healing is done and therapy begins.he can now wiggle his toes and move his feet around oh and kick....kicking is new for him...my little boy is pretzel boy no more that  his hips are fixed!

Healing!

Jaxson had his cast on for 3 weeks!He now has this brace and is healing rather nicely..I love watching him move his legs and wiggle his toes.He used to scoot around on the floor until his hips got so bad he just could not!His healing is coming along and he is so much happier.I am so blessed to have my son in our lives!

Birthday Boy!

Jaxson turned 9 yrs old on February 11 th!I can hardly believe he is 9...he had a Thomas the train party and had an awesome party!he got lots of presents and loved the icecream the best!

  Jaxson had double hip surgery on January 24th..the surgery took 5 hrs and was able to repair both hips...she wanted to make his right hip socket deeper but was not able to do so because his baclofen pump was in the way.so in a year we will go see her to see if she can complete the right hip then.she wants him to grow a little more...he is home and doing very well..night time seems to be when he has the most pain..so we are managing his pain the most then.The best thing I have seen is he wiggles his toes!He has never done this before...Jaxson will see the orthopedic doctor on February 17th to get stitches out and possibly the cast off.this little man amazes me so much he is one tough guy!

LONGTIME

It has been forever that I have blogged....my computer has been fried and I was not able to work my blog properly from the ipad..my sweet husband bought me a nice new hp laptop....I like it not sure about  windows 8 as I find it very confusing .Things have been a bit wild around here...we got my great nephew back 3 weeks ago..he is soon to be 2 yrs old.he keeps me very busy .Jaxson is having double hip surgery January 24th.i am scared but know its best for him...he is in so much pain .Landen has made huge strides this year..He has amazed me at how well he has adjusted to a new school and a new home. We are all doing well we had a wonderful Thanksgiving  and a Wonderful Christmas!Now that I can blog again oh how I have missed it..i will share my very dull life...I love blogging even though I know the reading material is not the best!
