House Hunting!

Michael and i have decided to look at new houses! This one is not working well for us anymore...2 of the bedrooms are upstairs !One is Landens room and he refuses to sleep upstairs.Jaxsons bedroom is down stairs it is very very small !With all Jaxsons supplies and equipment it just is not working out at all!Our dining room is tiny our living room is not very big!It is hard to manuever Jaxsons wheelchair around in the house. We have looked at 4 houses so far!The first house we looked at we were in love..Oh is it ever beautiful!Problem with this house is its on a hill which means steps to the front door..No ally or way through the back.you can enter the home from the garage but yet again there was stairs. The back yard was Beautiful we loved the house but with a child who can not walk it is not a good idea. The second house we looked at was very similiar to the first house...Problem with this house...SMALL...Pretty house had 4 bedrooms but this house is tinier then our home now.3rd house we looked at OH my Gosh PERFECT...Loved the house..Lots of space ranch home attached garage...Problem....Way out in the country! It would not be good if an emergency should arise that we need an ambulance.the dirt road was awful. The other downfall there was not much yard and what there was was on a hill. You walk out the back door and there was a drop off.Not good with a blind child who loves to play outside. The 4th house...can we say PERFECT in every way!4 bedrrooms,2 full baths, finished basement, attached garage with driveway...screened in back porch, privacy fenced yard perfect for my little runner who loves to be out doors. The kitchen is Fantastic with lots of windows and sunshine flowing in.Its in a great neighborhood and the asking price is better then the very first house we looked at.It also means that is we buy this perfect home we will be living back in the city. This is the hardest for me as i love this small farming community we live in.It also means switching schools for my kids.Michael and I discussed this and have decided to keep our kids in the schools they are in now.So i will drive them to the bus if we purchase this home. Please say a prayer for us that we can get our finances in order to purchase this home! Not far off from getting the credit issues squared away it just isnt going as fast as i would like!Prayers needed!
